Randall served in CEO and CFO positions responsible for International and Domestic affairs with emphasis on business unit acquisitions and industry mergers throughout the North American, Western & Eastern European markets.Randall has successfully and repeatedly demonstrated high levels of achievement and accomplishments in selling and acquiring real estate, shopping center & land development, office building asset management and sales, project development, management, and complex real estate transactions. Randall has extensive experience in general business brokerage of main street and off main street business models. Restaurant Business & brokerage has always been a specialty including the full build out and operations of several “family owned” facilities and successful negotiations on the sale, lease, and acquisition of Quality restaurant opportunities. Randall also has over 20 years’ experience in logistics & transportation management, merchandising big box retail, electronic superstore, and service industry buying, marketing, and administrative strategies. Coming from Wella International, 3K Moebel, and CMA Ocean logistics.Randall is well experienced and seasoned in forecasting operating statements and line item audits while working closely on quarterly reviews & annual audits with CPA firms Price Water House Coopers and Pannel Kerr Forester International. Large Market budgets, due diligence forensic studies, and forecasting financial cash flows and operating budgets were a critical component to Randall’s duties for over 10 years.Randall’s focus is now small & mid-market negotiations, leasing, leasehold abatement, commercial sales, strategic market entry & exit plans, business sales and acquisitions, due diligence, financial recasting, and complex commercial & residential transactions. Randall is also responsible for ensuring continuing education, mentoring with oversight of our associates growth development and continued recruitment for Troop Business Commercial Services and Business Brokerage.
Military service consists of a combined 16 years in the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Air Force Reserve, CA ANG, and the United States Coast Guard, serving in Europe with NATO, Air Force Space & Missile Command, and the 11th Coast Guard district, Long Beach, California.
